Game theory can be seen as equilibrium theory. In this talk, we will revisit this old theory by proposing a new more general vision which we call `Conversion Preference Games in short `CP-games. In this formalism there is a new notion of equilibrium with a theorem that says that, in any game, there exists always an equilibrium. Moreover, this formalism seems to fit with gene regulation networks.
